Each daycare center will operate independently as a profit centre while retaining the core philosophy, legacy, systems and procedures developed and perfected over the years in the parent establishment. They would, however, be fine tuned to meet specific local situations.

There will be a two way sharing of knowledge and experience between the parent establishment and branches/franchises, contributing to the overall repository of knowledge & experience. The parent establishment will also be the source of information, support and fund flow for all branches/franchises.

Present business centre will serve as sever to all associated profit unit for information, support and fund flow.

GROWTH PROSPECTS

360° Kids Day Care is poised for consistent growth as is evident from the fact that starting with just a couple of kids in 2011, the centre has grown to over 60 kids and 30 staff members at present.

Within a short span of four years, the centre has grown from strength to strength in terms of parent’s satisfaction, employee satisfaction and overall financial performance.
